This experience focuses on bringing a bit of spice to the table staring ginger in each of the three dishes on the plate.
Whether pickled, fresh or crystallized, this ingredient adds a wonderful spice to both vegetables, meat and one of our favourite, with marmalade.
We hope you can join us to celebrate, taste and experience ginger in a whole new light. Each plate will be paired with boutique wines from around Australia.
Ticket prices are all inclusive of three courses of a 'never to be repeated and surprise' menu featuring our hero ingredient, sparkling on arrival, wines carefully paired with each course, music from a local musician, meeting and talking to the chef and/ or producers as well as a beautiful location!
