For this pop up event, Fennel will add a special point of interest in these three dishes.
Fennel adds a touch of sweetness to the dishes and we will transform this comforting ingredient in new ways. The seeds, bulb or stalk can be used and works it magic with citrus, mushrooms, chicken and fish.
Why not come and experience how our chef may add a hint of Fennel! Each dish is also paired with boutique wines from around Australia.
Ticket prices are all inclusive of three courses of a 'never to be repeated and surprise' menu featuring our hero ingredient, sparkling on arrival, wines carefully paired with each course, music from a local musician, meeting and talking to the chef and/ or producers as well as a beautiful location!
