In this pop up event, we will weave into the three plates the nutty flavours of the Beet.
The beet is a favourite roasted or with goats cheese, but this ingredient will bring a lot of delicious pairings to the plates. It could be pickled, raw, cooked, roasted or even might include the rarer version of the golden yellow beet.
This dinner will sure transform your experience of the beetroot in new ways and each dish will be beautifully paired with boutique wines.
Ticket prices are all inclusive of three courses of a 'never to be repeated and surprise' menu featuring our hero ingredient, sparkling on arrival, wines carefully paired with each course, music from a local musician, meeting and talking to the chef and/ or producers as well as a beautiful location!
