We are excited to be bringing our unique pop up long table dining experiences to the Harvey this August. Our signature ‘Three Plates and a Chef’ experience will celebrate the hero ingredient, beetroot, subtly woven through three amazing courses paired with divine local wines.
The beet is well known as a favourite roasted or with goats cheese, but this ingredient will bring a lot of delicious pairings to the plates. It could be pickled, raw, cooked, roasted or even might include the rarer version of the golden yellow beet. One thing we know is that our Chef never ceases to surprise and delight!
The event includes a surprising and delicious once off menu, sparkling on arrival, wines from Geographe Wine Region and an afternoon of fun and indulgence. You will also have an opportunity to mingle with wine makers and the chef.
Dietary requirements can be catered too if advised in advance.
