This experience is all about creating a sense of intrigue and weave the distinctive but unique taste of Cumquats into the three dishes.
The less known citrus brings a sweet, sour taste to the plates. The peel is sweet and the pulp is sour. It works really well with rich meats, nuts, seafood and surprisingly pears.
This event is all about experiencing something new and different. Each dish will also be paired with boutique wines from around Australia.
Ticket prices are all inclusive of three courses of a 'never to be repeated and surprise' menu featuring our hero ingredient, sparkling on arrival, wines carefully paired with each course, music from a local musician, meeting and talking to the chef and/ or producers as well as a beautiful location!
