We are excited to be bringing our unique pop up long table dining experiences to the Great Southern Region this July.

7th July 6:30pm - 9:30pm DINNER

8th July 12:00pm - 2:30pm LUNCH

Our signature ‘Three Plates and a Chef’ experiences celebrate a hero ingredient, subtly woven through three amazing courses paired with divine local wines.

This July, chestnuts are our hero ingredient, and our chef is already planning special ways to bring this local produce through each course.

We have sourced award winning wine directly from some of the best boutique cellar doors in the Great Southern Region to bring to the table for you to experience.  

One wine from each of the wineries will be paired to each of the different courses plus there will be sparkling on arrival. 

The menu is kept top secret up until your arrival on event day, but one thing we can assure you is that each course will be a foodie delight in this one-off pop up dining experience.

This event will be extra special we host the event at Poachers Ridge Winery overlooking the amazing views of the vines, celebrating all this amazing region has to offer.

Ticket prices are all inclusive of three courses, paired wine and sparkling on arrival and booking fees. Dietary requirements can be catered too if advised in advance. Group booking discount available for groups of 6 or more.  

 

There will be a bus pickup from Albany.

With our love of exploring different wines, it is time to get creative and push the boundaries with the legendary grapes as the hero ingredient for this long table. We love them fresh, but the ways you can use them in the kitchen are endless. They can be in the form of verjuice, raisins, jelly and pickled to name a few. 

We invite you on a night of discovery. Excite your taste buds as you experience grapes in new and inventive ways together with wines from boutique wineries across Australia.

Be intrigued in this long table dinner as fig shines as the key ingredient and brings excitement to every dish.

These figs might be the hero making a statement on the plate or used more subtly supporting the other local ingredients throughout the dishes either as fresh, dried or maybe even as a jam. The sweetness will be balanced out to bring a sense of decadence to the plates. 

This foodie experience wouldn’t be complete without some of the award winning boutique wines straight from their cellar door paired with each of the dishes.

An Avocado Shuffle

We all enjoy the Avocado smash on toast for breakfast, so it is time to get creative and bring a upbeat shuffle to the plates as we star the Avocado. 

It is time to step away from the classic combinations of Mexican or chicken dishes as our chef gets imaginative to push the limits and allows the Avocado's creamy and velvety texture to add subtle flavours to the plates. 

We invite you to kick of 2017 with with a bang or should we say... welcome to the Shuffle!
