A Night of Avocado creations, great wine and conversations!

This night was all about the popular fruit, Avocado! 

There was no avocado on toast in this dinner, as chef Simon Reid got creative in the kitchen to discover amazing new combinations to bring to the table. See the menu and gallery below. 

THE MENU

Deviation Road Loftia Brut 2015 on arrival 

Entree: 
Salmon tartare, avocado ice cream, cucumber, tomato and baby olives
Wine - Coola Road Pinot Gris 2015 

Mains: 
Spice duck breast, coriander tempura avocado and orange, macadamia salad. 
Wine - Little Cathedral Pinot Noir 2015 

Dessert: 
Avocado pistachio cake with chilli chocolate ganache
